Our most popular dressing for those who LOVES the flavor of garlic.  Not to mention the savory taste of soy sauce with earthly flavor's such as seaweed, shitake mushroom, dates, and bonito.  Ponzu and garlic carries a brute taste that can be used in many culinary needs other than salad.  

Ponzu and Garlic can used in various application in everyday cooking needs.  Ponzu and garlic is  great with marinade for poultry's, or use as warm sauce for steaks, or anything you can create.
